You have got to go Smart Cookie Co. if you ever in the American Fork/Provo area. They are the best cookies. The stores are owned by my sister Katie and her husband Christian. My favorite treat there is the sugar cookie w/frosting yum yumm. I've actually never tried the ice cream sandwiches, but I hear they are good. The only other items I've tried are the sugar cookie ice cream shake and frozen hot chocolate, love those.
Ashley was able to spend a couple of hours working @ the store. She helped break up the candy that went on top of the cookies and washed off tables. She loved it! Plus she got to spend some one on one time with Uncle Christian.
Tyler and Hayden love the ice cream and running around the store.

I looked up the store's website and it looks so yummy! Wish there was one in CA. We will be coming to UT in the summer - we will have to stop by!
