This was a busy soccer season for me. Both girls had practice 2x a week. Yes, 4 nights of soccer!!! Little said I was spread pretty thin. This season I had the opportunity to be one of Ashley's soccer coaches. I must say it was fun getting back into it the game again. I had a great time coaching Ashley and spending more time with her. Thanks Ash for putting up with me as your coach! ;)
Both of the girls played great and have really improved their skills. Brooklynn had a soccer party after their last game and was given an award for being the player who scored the most goals. Their coach kept record for their team and the total of goals was close to 100. Way to go Brookie!!!!
Now we are on to Basketball. The best part about this is that Kelby is one of Ashley's coachs. I get to stay home and actually make some (real) dinners for my family.

All of Sarah's boys are in soccer too and Johanna coaches... it is pretty crazy, but fun to watch the kids play!
I think it's fun you were a coach! I'm sure it's a relief though to have it over. Look at my "soccer mom" sister!
I always remember that you were a soccer star! I have signed my girls up each summer because I was so impressed by your athletic abilities...I have few as you may remember. It's fun to hear that you are kickin' it with your own girls ~ are we that old??
