Fruits of my labor....

I had to do something with all these peaches. For some reason I have been against canning, I guess I just thought it was easier and cheaper to go to Costco to get what I needed. But when you have the fruit growing in your back yard, what are you to do? I guess I had to learn. Amy Ashby taught me all her tricks. Pots here pots there, peaches in and out. Pealing and cutting and of course her magic trick with the butter knife. That woman is a pro. She has like 10 things going at once. Thank you Amy for helping me. It only took 8 hours to can 30 pints. I love the feeling I get after I am done canning! Good job! Its a lot of work! I love how pretty the jars look don't you?
